    Hi, I’m Brian. I’m a Real Estate Consultant, a past beancounter (CPA, CA), and a BIG believer in the power of homeownership.

    My journey into real estate didn’t start with a license; it started when I was four years old. My hardworking parents lost our family home due to an unforeseen event—a moment that changed my life and redefined my future. That experience instilled in me a deep passion for financial security and the belief that everyone deserves a place to call their own.

    After graduating from SFU, I faced a choice: pay down student loans or start investing. I chose to “pay myself first.” By saving, strategizing, and building a nest egg, I turned my family’s past misfortune into a positive future. Today, I use those same principles to help my friends, family, and clients across the Greater Vancouver area achieve financial freedom through real estate.

    I don’t just show houses—I analyze them through a lens of risk, strategy, and long-term value. My background allows me to see the “big picture” of a transaction while managing every moving part with precision.

    • The Analytical Edge (CPA, CA): I spent over a decade as a Chartered Accountant with “Big Four” firms, delivering audits and risk advisory for global organizations. This experience took me from the financial hubs of Hong Kong and San Francisco to remote corners of the world, teaching me how to manage complex high-stakes negotiations and identify financial risks before they become problems.

    • The Strategic Coordinator (SaaS Product Manager): Most recently, I served as a Product Manager at a local software company. In the tech world, a PM is the ultimate “cheerleader” for a service—balancing the needs of business development and sales while supporting consulting and customer success. I bring this same multi-departmental approach to your real estate journey, acting as your project manager to ensure every stakeholder (lenders, inspectors, and lawyers) is aligned for a seamless closing.

    • For Investors: I use my 17+ years of personal experience as an owner, landlord and investor to identify properties with the best ROI.

    Born and raised on the West Side of Vancouver and later moving to Burnaby, I’ve lived in and loved many neighbourhoods across the Lower Mainland. Before I made real estate my full-time career, I was the “real estate nerd” who spent every spare moment on MLS scouring home listings.

    Today, I live in North Vancouver with my wife and our two children. Whether you’re looking for a cozy dream home on Commercial Drive, navigating a strata council, or looking to downsize into a quiet community, I bring local roots and professional precision to every deal.
